Drew & Napier LLC is one of Singapore's oldest law firms, established in 1889 when English solicitor Alfred Henry Drew was joined by Manchester barrister Walter John Napier in what was then the Straits Settlements. A full-service firm with more than 500 employees, it is recognised as one of Singapore's Big Four law firms and is particularly noted for dispute resolution, restructuring, and transactional work. Headquartered at Ocean Financial Centre, 10 Collyer Quay, the firm corporatised as a limited liability company in 2000 and is led by Chief Executive Officer Cavinder Bull, SC, and Chairman Jimmy Yim, SC, with Ong Sim Ho serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

Between January 2024 and May 2026, Drew & Napier appeared in 109 cases before Singapore courts. Its most active practice areas by case volume were civil procedure (41 cases), arbitration (34), contract (27), companies (24), tort (22), and insolvency law (21), followed by trusts (17), criminal law (14), and criminal procedure and sentencing (12). The High Court General Division accounted for 57 matters, followed by the Singapore International Commercial Court (14 cases), the Appellate Division of the High Court (11), the Court of Appeal (9), and the international Court of Appeal (7), with further appearances in the High Court Registrar, the Family Court, the Magistrates' Court, the Family Division of the High Court, and the District Court. In court records, CEO Cavinder Bull was the most frequently identified lawyer with 96 case appearances, followed by Mahesh Rai s/o Vedprakash Rai (54), Blossom Hing (45), Tay Hong Zhi Gerald (36), Yong Wei Jun Jonathan (30), and Chairman Jimmy Yim (28).

For 2026, Drew & Napier holds Legal 500 Asia Pacific Tier 1 rankings in eleven practice areas: dispute resolution, international arbitration, antitrust and competition, data protection and cyber security, intellectual property, labour and employment, private wealth and family law, restructuring and insolvency, tax, TMT, and white-collar crime. The firm earned 32 practice and lawyer recognitions from Chambers Global 2026, a fourteenth consecutive WTR 1000 Gold Band for both IP enforcement and litigation and IP prosecution and strategy, and a listing in the GIR 100 for its investigations practice. Six of its lawyers were named in the Asian Business Law Journal's A-List of Singapore's Top 100 Lawyers for 2026.
